Miranda Conway

Miranda brings a unique combination of entrepreneurial, corporate, and start-up experience, developed across Bermuda and the United Kingdom. She began her career building and operating a successful luxury retail business, managing multistore

and multi-channel operations, high net worth stakeholder relationships, and luxury brand partnerships. She later transitioned into corporate and start-up environments within the reinsurance and insurance-linked securities (ILS) space—supporting executive leadership, investor relations, governance processes, and operational build-outs. 

Her work has included:

• Supporting the establishment of new ventures and operational infrastructure
• Coordinating investor onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and due diligence workflows
• Managing board and stakeholder communications
• Working alongside founders and C-suite leaders on strategic and operational initiatives

She has completed the Executive Business Management Program at the London School of Economics with distinction and continues to develop her expertise in investor relations and regulatory frameworks through the Certificate of Investor Relations from the Investor Relations Society in the UK. She has also successfully completed service provider training through the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
